If you have any sort of dental anxiety or trauma, this is NOT the place for you. If you’re anxious, they’ll insist they sedate you with an IV for even minor procedures and refuse service if you are not sedated.They told me if I get “too emotional” or start crying during the procedure that I’ll need to sign something that says I agree that I am not able to get services done. All they care about is money, and not your wellbeing. I needed a root canal done and was told IV sedation was an absolute must. Got it done at an endodontist instead (no sedation) and was the best experience ever. Also the facility is gross. They let their dog roam around and there was dog poop just in the hallway. My stories are endless and ultimately I chose dynamic because of good reviews and being in network, but my experience was far from good. EDIT: since the owners reply and are adamant I wasn’t a patient… I have since got married and changed my last name. I was a patient and am not pulling these stories out of nowhere… lol

Everything was great from the moment I arrived until my appointment was over. Hygienist Eva did a great job and the doctor informed me of everything I needed to know about my future care. I would definitely recommend this dentist.

Was skeptical because the reviews were too good to be true but this place really is the lamborghini of dentist offices. I thought my dental care was good at my last 2 offices because were so used to the fast, X-rays you’ve got issues, in and out keep it moving service. The equipment was so high tech you’d think it’s out of an Ironman movie. They were thorough, like scary thorough. Like every small detail in every tooth was mapped out and explained how to get them back to perfect. Scans on scans on scans. Then I’m thinking I’m about to drop 5k easy to do all the things we needed done but no, it’s not only futuristic dentist dreamland but it’s affordable to boot. Cherry on top is the hygienist was crazy into cleaning and went ham for a good 30-40 minutes like she was having the time of her life and did the best job I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t know I was missing out but omggg I was missing out. And they txted me to get me onboard like a bestie to make my life simple as I work 2 jobs and don’t have time. And got me a happy birthday card cause it was my birthday. Like give me a break people. Just crazzyyyyy work. Took me to almost my mid 30s to realize either most dentists in Spokan

Our family has been going here for years, and they’ve consistently taken great care of all of us. With a big family, appointments can get complicated, but they’re always patient, organized, and great at explaining treatment needs and plans for our kids. We always feel informed and well cared for. Highly recommend!

The staff was professional and friendly, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to checkout. I especially want to shout out Autumn and the people at the front desk. She was incredibly welcoming, organized, and made the whole visit feel easy. Definitely appreciate the level of care here.
